Snowpeak AP900 / Mercury / Air Venturi Alpha hammer tunning kit

Hammer tuning kit compatible with:

• Artemis / Snowpeak AP900 / Mercury
• Air Venturi Alpha

This kit allows you to reduce and fine tune the hammer pre-load by stacking the included shims, giving you precise control over hammer strike energy. By reducing excess hammer pre-load, you can:

• Improve air efficiency
• Reduce noise
• Reduce cocking effort
  
• Improve trigger feel
• Minimize mechanical stress

Using the tuning table below, you can select the appropriate shim combination to achieve anywhere from approximately 32% up to 85% of factory hammer energy, allowing you to tailor performance to your specific shooting needs.

The kit includes the shims and a new hammer spring. The hammer strike force will decrease when using the kit, which will improve efficiency. It may cause slight velocity drop. Prior airgun tuning experience is strongly recommended. Do not add shims when using the factory hammer spring: this will result in excessive hammer pre-load and may cause damage to the valve.

The modification is fully reversible.
