What materials are your products made from?
We use several types of high-quality 3D printing filament appropriate for each application.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed, 3D-printed or machined, assembled, and tested in Canada.
How to find compatible accessories for my model?
The easiest way is to click on the “Products by Model” link at the top of our page. You can also use the search box to quickly locate items. Each product page clearly lists the models supported. Please double-check compatibility before ordering, or contact us if you’re not sure. We’re always happy to help. All of our products are tested on actual airguns to ensure proper fit and reliable function.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We can create custom designs on request—just send us your requirements and we’ll confirm what’s possible. Note that we do not manufacture any regulated goods or anything that can be used on firearms.
Shipping & Ordering
How long does order processing take?
We typically fulfill all orders within 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package has been handed to the carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Deliveries to the continental U.S. and Canada typically arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier speed. International orders and shipments to remote areas may take longer. (Please note that U.S. border crossings are currently experiencing delays of up to one week, which may affect tracking updates)
How do you ship to the U.S.?
All U.S. orders are shipped with tracked service, and duties and brokerage fees are prepaid—so there are no surprise charges at delivery. Please note: if USPS tracking does not show updates right away, it does not mean your package hasn’t been shipped. We use a shipping partner that handles the border crossing, and USPS tracking will update once your package has cleared into the U.S.
Do I have to pay any tariffs?
All of our products qualify under the USMCA/CUSMA free trade agreement. For U.S. customers, tariffs and brokerage fees are fully prepaid so there are no surprise charges at delivery. Canadian customers also pay no additional fees. For international orders outside the U.S. and Canada, local duties or taxes may be collected by your country’s customs authority upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Please note that customers outside of the U.S. and Canada may be responsible for duties or taxes charged on delivery.
Why isn’t my tracking status updating? Was my order shipped?
Labels are usually created and the package is picked up by our shipping partner the next business day. They consolidate shipments and handle the border crossing, which means USPS or other carriers may not show updates right away. Once your package clears customs and enters the USPS or international postal system, tracking will begin updating as normal.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
An order confirmation email is sent automatically right after payment. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Another possibility is that an incorrect email address was entered at checkout. If you still can’t find it, just contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
