How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your shipping information. If you do not receive an email within 3 business days please check your spam folder.
To check the latest status of your package, please use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email. This link provides the most accurate tracking page for your order.
Where is my package?
Please open your shipment confirmation email and click the tracking link provided there.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is shipped, especially when the package is moving between facilities, crossing the border, or being transferred between carriers.
International and U.S. Orders
For most U.S. and international orders, we ship through Stallion Express.
On the Stallion Express tracking page, you may see a section called Final Mile Carrier. For the most up-to-date delivery status, please click the Final Mile Carrier tracking link.
The final-mile carrier is the local carrier responsible for the last part of the delivery, such as USPS or another local postal service. Their tracking page often shows the most detailed and current delivery updates once the package has entered the destination country.

Domestic Oversized Lettermail Orders
For domestic orders shipped by oversized lettermail, tracking is not available.
Oversized lettermail is an economical shipping option, but it does not include tracking updates. Once the order has been shipped, it will be delivered through regular mail.
Why does my U.S. package show that it is in the UK?
Some U.S. customers may notice that Shopify’s tracking display incorrectly shows their package as being in the UK.
This is caused by a Shopify tracking display issue. In some cases, Shopify incorrectly interprets York, Pennsylvania as York, United Kingdom.
Your package is not actually in the UK. It is moving through the normal U.S. delivery network.
To avoid this display error, please use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
